We offer secure online payment for flat-fee services and month-to-month subscriptions. You’ll always see pricing up front before work begins.

How You Can Pay

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover)

  • ACH/Zelle

  • Apple Pay

Flat-Fee Services

  • Deposit: Most flat-fee projects require a 50% deposit to reserve your start date, with the balance due at delivery.

  • Scope lock: Your fixed fee covers the scope we define in writing. If you need extra work, we’ll quote it before we proceed.

Subscriptions (Outside General Counsel)

  • Billing: Month-to-month, billed on your start date each month. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

  • Rollover: Up to 2 unused hours roll forward one month.

  • Overages: Additional time is billed at the discounted subscriber rate we confirm in writing.

Retainers & Trust (If Applicable)

For certain matters, we may place funds in a client trust/IOLTA account and bill against it as work is completed. Any unused funds are returned promptly.

Invoices & Due Dates

  • Invoices are emailed with a secure link.

  • Payment is due upon receipt (net 7 available for approved clients).

Policies

  • Refunds: Flat-fee deposits are refundable until we begin work/scoping review. After that, refunds reflect work performed to date.

  • Late Payments: After a 7-day grace period, a 1.5% monthly late fee may apply. We’ll always notify you first.

  • Chargebacks: Please contact us with any concerns—most issues are solved same-day.
